The role of women in the security and defense sector – what does society think? The involvement of women in the security and defense sector is no longer just an option, but a necessity. In this video, we asked people: – What is the role of women in this field? – How can women’s participation contribute to conflict prevention and resolution? – What perspectives and skills do women bring to the security and defense sector? The answers reflect the diversity of opinions in society and help us better understand perceptions of gender equality in this sector.
