PODCAST ON SECURITY AND DISINFORMATION

Implementation period: October 2022–March 2023

PROJECT OBJECTIVE: To develop a podcast on security and defense topics, with the aim of promoting a culture of security and enhancing citizens’ objective understanding of security issues.

Objectives:

To raise awareness and foster a culture of security in Moldova by providing information on security issues, in the context of the current European security crisis and the ongoing war in Ukraine, emerging developments, and the impact on the Republic of Moldova
To create and disseminate messages for peace and support government institutions in addressing the security crisis;
Countering existing stereotypes and challenging perceptions of security by assessing and addressing systemic issues.
Planned and completed activities:

Production and distribution of six podcast episodes featuring key actors in the security and defense sectors, covering current topics.
